When will I receive my order?

Orders are process within 48 -72 hours after payment is confirmed. Shipping processing takes anywhere from 5 - 7 business days (we have no control over USPS/UPS once they receive your package). You will receive a tracking number via the email you provided at checkout. We only ship to valid residential address verified through USPS/UPS. i’Chiree is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damage goods after place in the care of USPS. If any of the above occurs, please contact your local postal service. 

How can I exchange or get a refund for my order?

No, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final!

After, I placed my order the product I purchased went on sale, can I get a refund to make up the difference?

No, you are responsible for the price the product is listed at the time of purchase. Make sure you are signed up for our newsletter to be notified when we are having a sale.

When will the “out of stock” item restock? 

Items normally will restock within 1 - 2 weeks. We do our due diligence to make sure we are stock with all products. 

May I purchase an “ out of stock” item?

At this time we are not accepting orders for “out of stock” items.
