Botanical Perks “Terms and Conditions”
Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the I'Chiree Botanical Perks (the "Program") offered by I'Chiree ("we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Program, you ("you" or "participant") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.
1. Eligibility:
To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. The Program is open to residents of the United States (or other applicable territories) where permitted by law.
2. Enrollment:
Enrollment in the Program is free. Participants may enroll in the Program by visiting our website and completing the registration process. We reserve the right to accept or reject any enrollment in our sole discretion.
3. Earning Botanical Perks:
- Sign Up: Participants will receive 100 Botanical Perks upon successful enrollment in the Program.
- Place an Order: Participants will earn 10 Botanical Perks for every $1.00 spent on eligible purchases.
- Birthday Celebration: Participants will receive 100 Botanical Perks as a birthday reward.
Additional Botanical Perks may be earned through special promotions or offers, which will be communicated to participants through email or on our website.
4. Referral Program:
Participants who refer friends to our website will receive a 20% discount code for their next purchase of $30.00 or more. Referred friends will receive a 10% discount code for their first purchase of $30.00 or more. To be eligible for referral rewards, the advocate must have already completed a purchase with I'Chiree marked as "PAID" in our system at the time of referral.
5. Review Program:
Participants who leave a product review for items they have purchased may earn 100 Botanical Perks per review once we verify the purchase. Please allow up to 48 hours for points to be credited to your account.
6. Redeeming Botanical Perks:
Botanical Perks can be redeemed for discounts on eligible purchases as follows:
- 500 Botanical Perks = $5.00 off your entire order
- 1000 Botanical Perks = $10.00 off your entire order
- 2000 Botanical Perks = $20.00 off your entire order
7. Point Expiry:
Botanical Perks are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Points that are not redeemed within this timeframe will expire and be removed from the participant's account.
8. Abuse of the Program:
We reserve the right to investigate and terminate any participant's account if we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
9. Modification or Termination:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice, in our sole discretion. In the event of termination, all unredeemed Botanical Perks will be forfeited.
10. Privacy:
Participant information collected as part of the Program will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are effective as of July 27, 2023 and may be updated or revised by I'Chiree at any time. Participants are encouraged to review these Terms regularly for updates. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any revisions to these Terms.
